    من أبرز أسباب الدوالي :
    ارتفاع ضغط الدم: حيث يؤدي ارتفاع ضغط الدم إلى زيادة الضغط على الأوردة وتضخمها.

    السمنة: حيث تزيد السمنة من احتمالية تكوُّن دوالي، نظرًا لان علاج انسداد شرايين الساق زيادة الضغط على الأوردة في منطقة الساق.
